Your first NeuroSens immersion: what to expect, really
The night before her first immersion, Inès almost cancelled three times. Afraid of crying in front of strangers, afraid of breathing wrong, afraid of feeling nothing at all. She came anyway, with all her fears tucked under her arm. That is often how it begins. Here is what she would have loved to read the night before.
How a NeuroSens immersion unfolds

You arrive, you have nothing to explain, nothing to justify. You settle in, lying down, blanket, soft darkness. You are handed an audio headset: for one hour, Dalila's voice guides you and an ocean of sound does the rest. You have only one job: to follow. The group is deliberately kept small, because Dalila's attention does not divide. At the end, a quiet moment, then everyone leaves with their integration sheet. There is nothing to know, nothing to revise: no breathing experience is required, and beginners are often the ones who let go fastest, having no habits to undo.
The gentle checklist before you come
- Comfortable clothes: you will be lying down for an hour, think soft and warm.
- A light meal before the session, ideally two hours ahead.
- Arrive ten minutes early, so you can settle in without rushing.
- Mention any hesitations if you have them: one question asked beforehand beats a hundred scenarios in your head.
What can happen during the session
Every body responds in its own way. Tingling in the hands, a wave of warmth, tears rising with no particular story attached, a fit of laughter, deep sleep. Sometimes nothing spectacular, just an unfamiliar calm. It is all right. There is nothing to achieve, nothing to prove, nothing to report. Nobody is watching you: everyone is inside their own headset, on their own journey. If your mind chatters a lot at first, that is normal: let it talk, the voice and the sound always end up taking the lead.
I had prepared a thousand excuses to leave before the end. I stayed, and what I remember most is the silence afterwards. My silence.
And afterwards? The following days matter too
Plan a quiet evening: no noisy dinner, no screens until midnight. Drink water, jot down whatever passes through you, go to bed early if your body asks for it. The integration sheet guides you in extending the effects over the following month. The immersion lasts an hour, but it keeps working long after. Some feel a new clarity as early as the next day, others a gentle tiredness, like after a long walk: both are good signs.
The immersions take place in Paris, in small groups, at the launch price of 190 euros. If Inès's body knew what to do, yours will too: book your first immersion.
