Dalila Benfriha, Respiration & NeuroSens

TheNeuroSensmethod

Not yet another meditation. Not an app. A method built over 15 years, at the crossroads of conscious breathing and neuroscience.

Why your head can't do it alone

You've already tried reasoning with yourself.

Putting things in perspective.

"Thinking positive".

If that worked, you'd know by now: you're smart, and you've tried everything.

The problem isn't in your thoughts.

It sits lower down: a nervous system stuck in the alert state won't be talked out of it by arguments.

It doesn't speak the language of the head.

It speaks the language of the body.

And the way in is the breath : the only vital function you can steer.

Every slow exhale sends the brain the signal your head doesn't know how to send: the danger has passed .

The 4 pillars

Guided breathing

Precise cycles, guided by the voice. Your only job: follow along.

Sound immersion

An ocean of sound in your headphones, designed to short-circuit the thinking mind.

Applied neuroscience

You don't "think" calm into being. You let the body live it, signal after signal.

Emotional release

What the head has been holding for months, the body lets go of in one hour. No words needed.

An hour outside of time

You arrive. There's nothing to explain. You settle in, headphones on, a soft blanket, dim light. Dalila's voice takes over, and the sound does the rest.

Somewhere in the middle, something lets go. Tears for some, a burst of laughter for others, sometimes a deep sleep.

And at the end: that silence. Your silence.

NeuroSens group immersion session

Who is Dalila?

Fifteen years spent listening to bodies that couldn't take any more. Executives, caregivers, mothers, leaders: the solid ones, the people who hold everything together, except themselves.

At first, conscious breathing seemed too simple to be serious. Then I saw it: shoulders dropping, full nights of sleep after years of insomnia. Neuroscience put words on what the bodies were already showing me.

I built NeuroSens the way I would have wanted to be welcomed: no dogma, no performance, no obligation to talk.

Your questions

It's actually ideal. There is nothing to achieve, nothing to prove: you are guided from the first breath to the last.

Perfect. Here we don't meditate, we breathe, with immersive music in the headphones. The voice guides, the sound carries, the body does the rest.

Everyone lives the session inside their own bubble of sound, eyes closed. No one is watching you, no one asks you to share.

Then it means your body needed it. Some people sleep, others cry, others laugh: it's all right.

Rhythmic breathing is not recommended in certain situations (pregnancy, epilepsy, heart conditions…). In doubt? Write to me before booking, and I'll give you an honest answer.

No. NeuroSens is a wellbeing workshop: it replaces neither medical treatment nor psychotherapy.

Come and see for yourself.

One hour is enough to understand what years of explanations can't say.
